Gestão da informação no contexto de smart campus: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Smart Campus ou Campus Inteligente são nomenclaturas comuns utilizadas para definir um ambiente de estudos acadêmicos onde há alguma aplicação de novas tecnologias, tais como IoT (Intenet of Things) e Cloud Computing, para o benefício tanto da própria instituição de ensino como dos indivíduos que dela desfrutam. Esse trabalho tem por objetivo reunir informações de diversas fontes de pesquisa sobre essas tecnologias, bem como sobre o progresso que tem sido realizado envolvendo suas aplicações em campus de instituições de ensino e pesquisa. Esse levantamento contribui com a organização de conhecimentos, e a apresentação de lacunas de pesquisa e, assim, visando nortear e estimular novos projetos para câmpus inteligentes. Através de uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, realizou-se uma busca em bases de dados para averiguar o que já foi publicado sobre a aplicação de gerência da informação no contexto de Smart Campus. Através da combinação de strings de busca, foi possível direcionar o retorno da pesquisa para atender ao escopo desejado. Os resultados apontam para grandes avanços e especial foco na área administrativa, no tocante a tomadas de decisão, realçando a disparidade em questão de quantidade de artigos provenientes de projetos no exterior, em especial o continente asiático, comparados ao resto do mundo. Verificou-se, por fim, a larga quantidade de propostas de aplicações sem, contudo, estudos práticos que demonstrassem sua eficiência, perfazendo 60% dos trabalhos analisados.
