Gestão da informação no contexto de smart campus: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Resumo

As denominações “Smart Campus” ou “Campus Inteligente” são frequentemente utilizadas para descrever ambientes acadêmicos que empregam novas tecnologias, como a Internet das Coisas (IoT - Intenet of Things) e a Computação em Nuvem (Cloud Computing), com o intuito de beneficiar tanto a instituição de ensino quanto seus usuários. Este estudo tem como objetivo reunir informações de diversas fontes de pesquisa sobre essas tecnologias, bem como sobre o progresso que tem sido realizado envolvendo suas aplicações em câmpus de instituições de ensino e de pesquisa. Esse levantamento contribui para a organização do conhecimento e a identificação de lacunas de pesquisa, visando orientar e estimular o desenvolvimento de novos projetos para câmpus inteligentes. Foi realizada uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, envolvendo buscas em bases de dados para avaliar o que foi publicado sobre gestão da informação no contexto de Smart Campus. O uso de strings de busca específicas permitiu o direcionamento dos resultados da pesquisa para atender ao escopo desejado. Os resultados apontam avanços significativos, com ênfase especial na área administrativa, especialmente no que se refere aos processos de tomada de decisão. Com base nos resultados, foi observada uma disparidade no número de artigos originários de projetos desenvolvidos no continente asiático, em comparação com outras regiões do mundo. Adicionalmente, notou-se uma alta prevalência de propostas de aplicação sem estudos práticos que demonstrassem sua eficácia, respondendo por 60% dos trabalhos analisados.
