Interdependência e conexões entre rotinas organizacionais: revisão e análise sobre a relação com artefatos

Resumo

Pautados pela perspectiva da prática, os interesses de investigação de teóricos organizacionais vêm elevando o nível de análise, a partir do que acontece dentro de rotinas, para questões acerca da interdependência entre rotinas. Ao mesmo tempo, a evolução do papel de artefatos físicos e digitais na dinâmica de rotinas vem apresentando distintas direções, ora posicionando esses elementos como periféricos, ora como centrais. Diante disso, o objetivo deste estudo residiu em evidenciar o que a literatura produziu sobre interdependência e conexões entre rotinas organizacionais, bem como sua relação com artefatos. Para tanto, realizou-se uma revisão da literatura a partir das bases Web of Science e SCOPUS. Os seguintes aspectos foram identificados: (a) o predomínio da perspectiva da prática como lente teórica; (b) a categorização da interdependência entre rotinas; e (c) os elementos apontados como mecanismos de conexão entre rotinas. A literatura sugere que os artefatos podem conectar rotinas organizacionais ao transferir informação e conhecimento; ou como bases de entendimento para a execução de ações. Assim, este estudo propõe uma agenda de pesquisas para orientar a conceitualização de conexões entre rotinas organizacionais, considerando o papel dos artefatos nessa dinâmica.
