À SOMBRA DE UMA PANDEMIA E SEUS REFLEXOS NO SETOR DE SERVIÇOS
Resumo
Este estudo teve por objetivo descrever o cenário de mercado no contexto pandêmico a partir da percepção de comerciantes do ramo de serviços. Para isso, realizou-se um estudo qualitativo por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo. No que tange às adversidades, as evidências se referem-se às dificuldades de produtividade, adaptabilidade do trabalho remoto e diminuição pela procura dos produtos e/ou serviços ofertados. As perspectivas futuras se dirigem ao ambiente de negócios, mas também à valorização da família, ao reconhecimento do valor da qualidade de vida e à transformação das relações sociais.
